We store account details, domain registrant information, order and payment-review records, and the domain settings needed to provide this service. Registrant data and payment references are encrypted in the application database. Payment proof files are stored in private application storage and are available only to the customer who submitted them and authorized administrators.
How information is used
Information is used to operate accounts, process domain requests, manage customer settings, review manual payments, prevent abuse, and provide support. Necessary domain data is sent to external registration and infrastructure services to carry out a customer-requested action.
Access and retention
Customers can see records associated with their own account. Authorized administrators can review operational records and payment proof. We retain records as needed to operate the service, keep audit history, and meet applicable obligations.
Security
We use server-side authorization, encrypted sensitive fields, private proof storage, and audit records for important administrative actions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; contact us promptly if you believe an account is at risk.
