Using the service

This service provides one account for domain search, registration requests, and supported domain management. You must provide accurate account and registrant details and keep your sign-in credentials secure.

Domain orders and payments

Prices are shown in USD and are confirmed when an order is created. USDT and InstaPay submissions are reviewed manually. A payment submission is not approval. Registration begins only after payment approval and a fresh availability check. If a domain becomes unavailable or registration cannot be confirmed, our team will contact you about the available next steps.

Domain names and renewals

Domain names are subject to applicable registry rules and the registration period shown on your order. You are responsible for maintaining current contact details and reviewing expiration dates. Nameserver, DNS, registrant, privacy, and security options depend on the domain and the capabilities available for it.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service or a domain to distribute malware, impersonate others, violate intellectual property rights, send unlawful spam, facilitate fraud, or break applicable law. We may investigate credible reports and restrict service when required to protect users or comply with legal obligations.

Transfers and support

You may request a transfer review through your account. This review helps prevent mistakes and does not remove your right to transfer a domain under applicable rules. For account assistance, visit our help center.

Service availability

External registry and network changes can take time to propagate. We show status based on information available to the platform and do not claim that a website, email service, or public DNS change has completed unless it has been checked.
